CHAP. 509.— An Act to re-issue the pension certificate of Nannie W. Metcalfe and allow her a pension as a surgeon’s widow.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nannie W. Metcalfe.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to re-issue the pension certificate of Nannie W. Metcalfe and allow her a pension from and after the passage of this act with rank of surgeon, which rank was held by her deceased husband, George W.
Metcalfe, during the greater part of his service in the Seventy-sixth New York Volunteer Infantry, war of the rebellion. Approved, March 2, 1891.
