CHAP. 509.— An Act granting a pension to Frances J. Elgar.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Frances J. Elgar,Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-rolls, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Frances. J. Elgar, sister of James Elgar, late a private in Company B, One hundred and forty-sixth Regiment New York State. Volunteers. Approved, June 21, 1890.
