CHAP. 505.— An Act granting a pension to James McCusker.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James McCusker.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James McCusker, late of Company M, First Connecticut Heavy Artillery. Approved, June 21, 1890.
