CHAP. 502.— An Act granting a pension to James H. Fleming.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. Fleming.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the *Post*, p. 1468.pension-laws, the name of James H. Fleming, of Company E, One hundred and fifth Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 21, 1890.
