CHAP. 500.— An act authorizing the Commissioners to grant to the Veteran Volunteer Firemen’s Association use of certain property in the city of Washington.March 2, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Veteran Volunteer Firemen’s Association, D. C. Granted use of old engine house, 19th and H streets. That the Commissioners of the District of Columbia be. and are hereby, authorized and directed to grant to the Veteran Volunteer Firemen’s Association of the District of Columbia the use of all that part of lot eleven, in square one hundred and forty-one, in the city of Washington, and building thereon now occupied by a house used formerly as an engine-house, and described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 500, 501. 1891.825 corner of said lot and running east thirty feet on H street: thence fifty feet south on a line parallel to Nineteenth street; thence west thirty feet to Nineteenth street, and thence north fifty feet to the beginning; the same to be used by said association as a place of meeting and for the storage of their apparatus, the same to continue (luring the pleasure of the Commissioners. Approved, March 2, 1891.
