CHAP. 5.— An act to amend chapter one thousand and sixty-five of the acts of the first session of the Fiftieth Congress.December 15, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mail locks and keys. Postmaster-General may purchase “improved.” Vol. 25, p. 305, amended. That chapter one thousand and sixty-five of the acts passed at the first session of the Fiftieth Congress be, and the same is hereby, amended as follows, viz:
By inserting in line nineteen of said act, between the words “new” and “registering,” the words “or improved.” Sec.2. That this act fake effect from the date of its passage. Approved, December 15, 1890.
