CHAP. 492.— An Act granting a pension to James M. McKinney.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James H. McKinney.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the *Post,* p. 1824.pension laws, the name of James M. McKinney, late second lieutenant of Company A, North Cumberland Battery, Kentucky State Militia, Approved, June 21, 1890.
