CHAP. 490.— An Act granting a pension to Seth M. Walter.June 21, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Seth M. Walter.Pension. That the Secretary of Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law, the name of Seth M. Walter, late private Company E, twenty-ninth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry. Approved, June 21, 1890.
