CHAP. 488.— An Act to restore the name of Mrs. Laura C. Humber to the pension roll.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Laura C. Humber.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Laura C. Humber, widow of the late Captain Charles H. Humber, Seventh United States Infantry, at the rate she formerly received, twenty dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
