CHAP. 486.— An Act to pension Mary B. Peck, widow of Major James S. Peck.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary B. Peck.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary B. Peck, widow of James S. Peck, late major of the Seventeenth Regiment of Vermont Volunteers, and to pay her a pension as the widow of a major in lieu of the pension as the widow of a first lieutenant, which she is now receiving.
