CHAP. 484.— An Act pensioning Joseph A. Blair.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph A. Blair.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph A. Blair, late of Company C, Seventh Kentucky Cavalry, now of Lyons, Kansas. Approved, February 28, 1891.
