CHAP. 481.— An Act for the relief of the legal representatives of David Walter Jones.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David Walter Jones.Accounts to be audited. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to adjust and audit the claim of the legal representatives of David Walter Jones, deceased, late receiver of public moneys at the Mineral Point United States land office, in the State of Wisconsin, for two balances, one of eighteen hundred and sixty dollars and eighty-five cents, and the other of two hundred and thirty-five dollars and fifty-eight cents, 1412FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Chs. 481-483. 1891. aggregating the sum of two thousand and ninety-six dollars and forty-three cents, now appearing by the records of the Treasury Payment to legal representatives.Department to be due to said Jones, and to pay to such legal representatives of said Jones whatever sum of money, if any, may be found due and unpaid, not exceeding the amount hereinbefore stated.
