CHAP. 478.— An Act granting a pension to Malinda Porter.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Malinda Porter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Porter, mother of David S. Seldomridge, late of Company D, Fortieth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
