CHAP. 477.— An Act to grant a pension to Eliza Richardson.June 20, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eliza Richardson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior'be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law, the name of Eliza Richardson, mother, by adoption, of Thomas Marmaduke Hogg, who enlisted under the name of Thomas Marmaduke in Company D, of the Tenth Regiment of Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and who died on the eighteenth day of February, anno Domini eighteen hundred and eighty-eight.
