CHAP. 473.— An Act granting a pension to Solomon R. Ruch.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Solomon R. Ruch.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, the name of Solomon R. Ruch, late a private in Company A. Fourteenth United States Infantry, at the rate of eighteen dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
