CHAP. 467.— An Act to increase the pension of Isaiah Humrichouser.June 20, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaiah Humrichouser.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and is hereby, authorized and directed to increase to seventy-two dollars per month the pension now received by Isaiah Humrichouser, late sergeant of Company C, Twenty-fifth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, which pension pt seventy-two dollars shall be in full of any pension now paid said soldier, and that said pension be paid to the legally appointed guardian or conservator of said soldier.
