CHAP. 466.— An Act to pension Morgan D. Lane.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Morgan D. Lane.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Morgan D. Lane, late of Company I. Fifth Regiment of Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1891.
