CHAP. 462.— An Act to grant a pension to Martha Tennery, widow of James H. Tennery, of Captain Griffin’s company, First Illinois, Black Hawk war.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha Tennery.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha Tennery, widow of James H.
Tennery, deceased, late a private in Captain Robert Griffin’s company, First Illinois Militia, in the Black Hawk war, and allow her a. pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
