CHAP. 462.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Thomas Riley, late of Company L, Seventh United States Cavalry.June 30, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas Riley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension law,s, the name of Thomas Riley, late of Company L, Seventh Regiment of United States Cavalry, at one hundred dollars per month, who is now receiving a pension of seventy-two dollars per month for the loss of the left hand and all of the right hand except the thumb.
