CHAP. 460.— An Act for the relief of Jane Branigan.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jane Branigan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of and Branigan, widow of John B. Maxwell, late private of Company G of the Thirtieth Regiment of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, the said widow having been remarried to Arthur Branigan, who subsequently died, leaving her without any means of support.
