CHAP. 458.— An Act to increase the pension of William M. Boggs.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William M. Boggs.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of William M. Boggs, late sergeant major of the company of California Mounted Volunteers commanded by Captain William A. T. Maddox, of the United States Marine Corps, in the Mexican war of eighteen hundred and forty-six, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving under certificate numbered nine thousand seven hundred and thirty- one.
