CHAP. 455.— An Act to increase the pension of George W. Whitacre, of Huntington, Indiana.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George W. Whitacre.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and required to increase the pension of George W. Whitacre, of the city of Huntington, in the State of Indiana, late a private in Company F of the Forty-seventh Regiment of Indiana Volunteers, in the war of the rebellion, and to pay him. in lieu of the pension he is now receiving, a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month, subject to the provisions and Future increase.limitations of the pension law, as to any future increase.
