CHAP. 454.— An Act to increase the pension of Allen J. Maker.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Allen J. Maker.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Allen J. Maker, late of Company I, Fourth Maine Infantry, from twenty-four dollars to forty dollars per month, but this act shall not deprive the beneficiary of the right to apply for Future increase.and have granted him an increase of pension under the general laws relating thereto. Approved, February 28, 1891.
