CHAP. 452.— An Act to increase the pension of Mary Condy Ringgold, widow of George H. Ringgold, late lieutenant-colonel and deputy paymaster-general United States Army.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Condy Ring, gold.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Mary Condy Ringgold, widow of George H. Ringgold, late lieutenant-colonel and deputy paymaster-general United States Army, a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month instead of the pension she is now receiving.
