CHAP. 451.— An Act increasing pension of Erastus D. Butler, of Togus, Maine.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Erastus D. Butler.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Erastus D. Butler, late of Company E. Thirteenth Vermont Volunteers, to the sum of forty-five dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
