CHAP. 448.— An Act granting a pension to Elizabeth Mounts.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Mounts.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls the name of Elizabeth Mounts, widow of Joseph Mounts, late of Captain C. S. Madding’s company, Third Regiment Illinois Volunteers. Black Hawk war, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars a month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
