CHAP. 448.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph K. Hamilton, dependent father of John E. Hamilton, late private Company D, One hundred and third Pennsylvania Volunteers.June 20, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph K. Hamilton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph K. Hamilton, dependent father of John E. Hamilton, late private Company D, One hundred and third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, June 20, 1890.
