CHAP. 447.— An Act granting a pension to Mary C. Broughton.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary C. Broughton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of Mary C. Broughton, widow of Captain H. H. Hart, late of Company C. Sixty-first Regiment of New York Volunteers, and pay her a pension of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
