CHAP. 445.— An Act granting a pension to Florence Petigrew Lithgrow, an army nurse.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Florence Petigrew Lithgrow.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Florence Petigrew Lithgrow, an army nurse, and pay to her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 28, 1891.
