CHAP. 442.— An Act granting a pension to James S. Ferrin.June 20, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James S. Ferrin.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of James S. Ferrin, imbecile son of James N. Ferrin, late of Company F, Fourth Kentucky Mounted Infantry, who died in Andersonville prison, upon the pension-roll, and pay him a pension of eighteen dollars per month during life; said pension payable to the legally qualified trustee or committee of the said James S. Ferrin. Approved, June 20, 1890.
