CHAP. 438.— An Act granting a pension to Jennie May Cain.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jennie May Cain.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, anti he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll the name of Jennie May Cain, the imbecile and invalid daughter of Edwin C. Cain, deceased, late a private in Company E, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Ohio Infantry Volunteers, and to pay her a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month, the same to be paid to her legally appointed guardian. Approved, February 28, 1891.
