CHAP. 436.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph Smith.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph Smith, of Saline County, Illinois, ate a soldier in the Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteers in the i Florida war at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
