CHAP. 430.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Nancy Springer.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Slates of America in Congress assembled*,Nancy Springer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, instructed to place on the pension rolls Nancy Springer, of Spalding County, Georgia, widow of James M. Springer, late a private in Captain Mann’s company of Georgia troops, in the Creek Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-six, and pay her a pension at twelve dollars per month, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1891.
