CHAP. 429.— An Act granting a pension to Walter Scott.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Walter Scott.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll of the United States the name of Walter Scott, formerly a private in Captain William Robinson’s company, General Benjamin Patterson’s command, in the Creek war. at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the rules and regulations governing pensions. Approved, February 28, 1891.
