CHAP. 425.— An Act for the erection of a shop at the National Armory, Springfield, Massachusetts.June 16, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Springfield. Mass.National Armory. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be erected at the National Armory, Springfield, Massachusetts, a fireproof building for machine shop, finishing shops, and so forth, includingMachine-shop, etc., to be built. steam engine, boilers, shop fixtures, heating, lighting, grading, and so forth.
The plans, specifications, and full estimates forPlans, etc., said building shall be previously made and approved according to law, and shall not exceed for said building complete the sum of twoLimit of cost. hundred and eleven thousand six hundred and thirty-nine dollars and fifty-four cents. Approved, June 16, 1890.
