CHAP. 423.— An Act granting a pension to Mary B. Cook.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary B. Cook.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary B. Cook, who was the widow of Henry W. Torbett, late second lieutenant of Company K, Eleventh Regiment United States Infantry. Approved, February 28, 1891.
