CHAP. 422.— An Act granting a pension to Sarah H. Philp.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarab H. Philp.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to put the name of Sarah H. Philp, widow of Thomas Kinrade, late a member of Company K, Second Ohio Cavalry, on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1891.
