CHAP. 420.— An Act granting pension to Sarah Hutchins.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah Hutchins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the pension laws and regulations, the name of Sarah Hutchins, dependent mother of Robert H. Hutchins, late of Company L, First Vermont Heavy Artillery. Approved, February 28, 1891.
