CHAP. 416.— An Act granting a pension to Doctor Francis Lambert.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Lambert.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Dr. Francis Lambert, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, late a surgeon in th Creek war. Approved, February 28, 1891.
