CHAP. 415.— An Act granting a pension to Ellen Guffey, a hospital nurse.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ellen Guffey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, the name of Ellen Guffey, a hospital nurse, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars a month. Approved, February 28, 1891.
