CHAP. 412.— An Act granting a pension to Andrew J. Wallace.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew J. Wallace.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, and subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew J. Wallace, of Chesterfield County, South Carolina, late a soldier in the Florida war. Approved, February 28, 1891.
