CHAP. 409.— An Act granting a pension to Philip H. Emmert.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Philip H. Emmert.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip H. Emmert, late a private in Company D, Twenty-third Regiment of Kentucky Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 28, 1891.
