CHAP. 407.— An Act granting a pension to Colonel Benjamin C. Shaw.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin C. Shaw.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin C. Shaw, late lieutenant-colonel of the Sixty-eighth Regiment of Indiana Volunteers in the war of eighteen hundred sixty-one, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month in lieu of the pension lie is now receiving.
