CHAP. 402.— An Act granting a pension to Lucinda Call.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucinda Call.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda Call, dependent mother of Sidney Monroe Call, late a private in Company E, Seventh New York Heavy Artillery Approved, February 28, 1891.
