CHAP. 400.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Alonzo R. Hyatt.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alonzo B. Hyatt.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Alonzo R. Hyatt, late private of Company C, Thirty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteers, a pension hereafter at the rate of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving Approved, February 28, 1891.
