CHAP. 4.— An Act to grant an American register to the ship Kenilworth.February 4, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,“Kenilworth.”American register panted to foreign milt vessel. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue an American register to the foreign-built vessel Kenilworth wrecked in the waters of the United States, ordered to be sold, and bought and repaired by citizens of the United States. Approved, February 4, 1890.
