CHAP. 398.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Thomas T. Hickey.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas T. Hickey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay granting an increase of pension to Thomas T. Hickey. FIFTY-FIRST CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 398-402. 1891.1395 Thomas T. Hickey a monthly pension of twelve dollars, in lieu of the amount now paid him, under certificate numbered eleven thousand seven hundred and nineteen, as a survivor of the Mexican war. Approved, February 28, 1891.
