CHAP. 397.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Thomas J. Polly.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas J. Polly.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the restrictions and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Thomas J. Polly, late a soldier in the war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars a month, in lieu of the amount now paid him under certificate numbered seven thousand six hundred and twenty seven. Approved, February 28, 1891.
