CHAP. 396.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Xenophon Peck.February 28, 1891. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Xenophon Peck.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, to increase the pension of Xenophon Peck, late a private in Battery E. First Regiment Ohio Light Artillery Volunteers, to sixty dollars per month: *Proviso*.Further increase.*Provided*, That this act shall not be construed to prevent any further increase by the Pension Bureau to which the beneficiary may at any time become entitled.
