CHAP. 396.— An Act granting a pension to Mrs. Harriet Dada Emens, formerly Miss Hattie A. Dada.June 3, 1890. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harriet Dada Emens.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Harriet Dada Emens, formerly Miss Hattie A. Dada, an army nurse during the late war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 3, 1890.
